The vehicle will be going through dramatic change over the next four – five years with an incredible amount of software being introduced. This will change the dynamics in terms of process and efficiencies of how the shop will be working.
This means the shop must develop a continuous Learning Culture within the Business Culture.
If Management and the entire team have no desire to keep on learning, then the potential demise of the shop could be a reality. It’s time to get your head around the importance of on-going education. It’s time to move from the “Trades” to a “Profession” mentality.
